Any item bought from Gas and Weld Industrial Solutions will be allowed to be returned within 5 working days of the item being bought, provided that the reason for the returning of the item is due to a factory defect. Should the customer state that there is a factory defect on the item, the item will be couriered back to Gas and Weld Industrial Solutions head office in Alberton and will be sent for testing with our in house repair team. Should it be found that there is a factory related defect with the item, the item will be replaced and returned to the customer at no extra charge. Should it be found that the machine has a defect due to customer interference, the customer will be invoiced for the courier charges and the machine will be couriered back to the customer once all outstanding invoices have been paid.
